CANCELLATION POLICY

 Your appointments are very important to The L Salon team. We hold a reservation just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your service, please provide us with atleast 48-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

We do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be unable to reserve appointments ahead of time and can only make appointments day-of.

Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

If you don’t show up or cancel your reservation within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. This charge is generally NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations canceled within 48 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of your scheduled service cost. We will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances with a future credit to the salon. This credit will be applied if you reschedule your appointment within a week of cancellation. If you must cancel or don’t show up to your rescheduled appointment, you forfeit the cancellation charge.

As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed reservations and cancellation fees. You’re always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
